Who we are

RiskLogged is a desktop trading journal built by WXYwaves (“we”, “us”). This website, risklogged.com, is operated from Cyprus. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Waitlist signups: your email address, submitted through the waitlist form, together with your consent confirmation.

Technical data: basic server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation, and a cookie that remembers your cookie-consent choice. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To email you your beta invite and occasional RiskLogged beta updates — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time: every email includes an unsubscribe option, or you can simply email us. To keep the site secure and working, we rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where your data lives

This website is hosted by Bluehost (Newfold Digital). Waitlist submissions are delivered to our email inbox. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.

How long we keep it

Until the beta programme ends or you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

The RiskLogged app

RiskLogged itself is local-first: the application stores your trading data on your own machine. The app is separate from this website.
